Stage 3.1 of the Transforming Bunbury’s Waterfront program involves civil and services construction across the waterfront precinct, supporting the continued development of its marine and public-use facilities. The electrical package includes HV and LV infrastructure, underground conduits, pits and trenching, substation fit-outs and earthing, main switchboards and distribution boards, street lighting, communications and security infrastructure, and services to pump stations, the boat lifter lease area and harbour master office. Saxon Consulting provided detailed electrical take-offs, supplier and subcontractor RFQs, estimate compilation, pricing schedule reconciliation and tender submission support.
