The new Senior School at Caulfield Grammar School’s Wheelers Hill Campus is a multi-level educational facility designed to support contemporary teaching and learning. The project includes extensive electrical, communications and security services, including site infrastructure, mains and switchboards, power, lighting, audiovisual systems, communications cabling, access control, fire detection, solar PV and associated civil works. Saxon Consulting provided detailed tender take-offs, RFQ preparation, supplier and subcontractor pricing coordination, estimate compilation and tender review.
